Hugh LeRoy was a Montreal-born Canadian constructivist art sculptor. His work has been installed in various locations across Canada, including, notably, "Four Elements Column" (1967) located in René-Lévesque Park in Lachine, Quebec. LeRoy was a professor emeritus at York University, where he taught from 1974 to 2011.
