The York University Open Access and Open Data Steering Committee wishes to invite you to an open town hall meeting at Keele on Wednesday, April 10th, 2019 from 3:00 pm-4:30 pm in the Senate Chamber. This meeting will be focused on efforts to advance open access at the university and on a draft open access policy, which can be found here. This meeting will also provide a forum for discussion on matters related to author rights and options for enhancing the visibility of research and scholarship.
The first hour of the meeting will be dedicated to a presentation on the topic of open access and the following 30 minutes will be reserved for anyone who would like to receive individual counsel on publishing in open access.
