York community members and others who have borrowed library materials are not required to return books during the COVID-19 outbreak, and fines will not accrue during this period. If you do receive any fines/charges, please contact the Libraries when they re-open and the charges will be waived, or contact circinfo@yorku.ca

If you would like to return your library books or other borrowed materials (with the exception of RACER or interlibrary loan materials), a book return bin is now in place outside Security Services at the William Small Centre at the Keele campus. Please see the photo and the map below indicating the location of this book return bin.

For anyone driving the best place to park is the Aboretum Parking Garage. Parking is currently free and parking gates are up.

Please allow up to two weeks for items returned to be removed from your account, in light of book quarantining processes and other workflows in place.
