York University Libraries has opted to discontinue its license with RefWorks as of June 30, 2015. Citation management software has evolved considerably over the past decade, and today there are a number of free well-developed software options available. In particular the Libraries will be providing support to Zotero and Mendeley. After June 30th, those who wish to continue using RefWorks may consider purchasing an individual subscription.

In addition the Libraries will be providing workshops on Zotero and Mendeley (TBA).
If you are a RefWorks user we recommend that you migrate your references well in advance of June 30th. Please check our RefWorks web page soon for migration guides and further information.
